  Unsolicited review- Pat, the owner, is one of the most professional persons I have met. Like professionals used to, he knows his stuff, he is up to date on current techniques and is continually educating himself on this area of expertise, while maintaining focus on the sand-hills. He took the time to give my house a thorough evaluation and we created a easy to follow plan of action that I could do and that his team could do for "next level" solutions.
  Don't get taken by someone simply stating that your crawlspace needs to be sealed, each house and area is different with different requirements. My house is now noticeably better and I haven't had to commit to a large unnecessary project.
