  If I were any family hiring this company to do an estat sale, I would ensure the Accuracy of Items that were sold to Paying customers and the Items that are colleted by this Estate Sales team being taken from the sale, and sold privately for their profit at a warehouse? I was recently aware that they hosted a VERY LARGE Estate sale of High End Merchandice from 10 families off-site at a warehouse?? First, How is this even considered an estate sale? Are these items that are being sold for a high profit that Paul Blake and Assoc. has collected from families at past estat sales and "claiming" this is a Multifamily Estate Sale" and bennefitting from all the profits without the famies awareness???? Thats not how it works. Not to mention they ONLY accept CASH OR CHECK????? Non Traceable Income, therefore no need to report it to the IRS... How in the world can they even do this? Estate Sales in North Carolina are Not REgulated, so basically anyone can handle these even someone in the family. I have been to several Estate Sales and I have never been told Cash Only or Check.
