  Not even 1 star these people deserve. We called them 3 months ago to fix our spa, and still is not fixed. The worst thing is that you call the office, they never know anything about what happened with your service days before, that lady tells you that will call you back, never happens. You cannot expect him to come when you need, he will come when he has time " because he is too busy", you can wait 1 week or so, -maybe should hire someone to help him. Now after he tried and broke 2 pumps almost 2 weeks ago, I am not hearing anything yet. I had to call myself to the office last Friday, and she said will call me back on Monday, and I am still waiting. Apparently they ordered the broken piece, but I was not informed, and they had me waiting all this time without explaining. This is such a bad costumer service, the lack of respect is evident. Seems he does not know what is doing and is avoiding the situation. We are not happy costumers at all. If you need someone to come to your house when your pool has some issues, this is not the place to call. I could not avoid to comment this, so other people don't waste their time and money.
